I'm a modern-day coach and clinical psychologist who loves Mother Nature, heart & soul alchemy, as well as evidence-based psychological therapy. Hopefully this site helps you strengthen and reconnect with your own power again so you can live a more connected and conscious life, full of vitality, love, awe, wonder and purpose. Oh, and I LOVE dogs. So much so that I’ve become a certified dog trainer who specialises in using dogs to help with people’s personal growth.
Learn MoreIf you want to reconnect with your power to raise your vitality and live a more connected and conscious life, full of Purpose, Awe and Wonder, then you are in the right place!
It’s lovely to have you here.

Support for you through transitioning your dog and helping you to invite healing into your grieving journey.

These sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your power, uncover your souls’ purpose, and come back home to Mother Nature.

I have a special interest in integration therapies for altered states (e.g. meditation, breath work, psychedelic experiences, plant medicines) and like to support people in finding practical ways to integrate their spiritual experience into their daily lives.

My heartfelt intention is to help people reconnect with their own power, find their soul’s purpose, and live a more conscious, vital, loving and connected life. And if there is a dog by their side, even better!
